Trisha’s Creamy Grape Salad

A delightful and creamy grape salad bursting with flavors from fresh grapes, mini marshmallows, and a rich dressing, perfect for gatherings or a refreshing side dish.

  • 4 cups seedless green grapes, halved
  • 4 cups seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)
  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the halved green and red grapes, mini marshmallows, and chopped walnuts or pecans to the cream cheese mixture. Stir well to coat the fruit evenly.
  3. Transfer the grape salad mixture to a serving bowl and spread it out evenly.
  4. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the salad.
  5. If desired, sprinkle crushed graham crackers over the caramel for added crunch.
  6. Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
