Vanilla Cinnamon Milk Tea Delight

A comforting and aromatic blend of milk, tea, and warming spices that can be enjoyed hot or iced, perfect for soothing moments any time of day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups milk (whole or your preferred alternative)
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 black tea bags (or 2 tablespoons loose black tea)
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (plus extra for garnish)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for iced version)
  • Cinnamon sticks (for garnish)
  • Star anise (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring the 2 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and steep the black tea bags in the water for about 5 minutes, or until desired strength is reached. If using loose tea, use a tea strainer.
  2. While the tea is steeping, in another saucepan, heat the 2 cups of milk over medium heat. Stir occasionally until it is warm but not boiling.
  3. Once the tea is steeped, remove the tea bags and add the warm milk to the tea-infused water.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract, sugar, and ground cinnamon. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.
  5. If you prefer an iced version, let the mixture cool down and pour it over ice in tall glasses. For a hot version, serve the tea hot in your favorite mugs.
  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top, a cinnamon stick, and a piece of star anise if desired.
  7. Enjoy your Vanilla Cinnamon Milk Tea Delight warm or iced!
